How can I work for your company?

Please go to the “Work With Us” page and complete our basic information package.  Someone will follow up with a personal telephone interview and begin the process of becoming a team member.

What are your payment terms for commercial accounts?

Our standard terms are either Net 15 or 30 days and credit, like anything, is built over time.

I work from home. Is that a problem for my business?

Good for you! In times like these, we applaud those that leave a lighter footprint on our planet.  PRC sends out electronic invoices and receipts to your email of choice.

What are your payment options?

We have a few options available after your first visit.  You can pay by cash, company cheques (made out to PR Cleaners) or email money transfer to [email protected].  We also accept Visa and MasterCard with a 3% processing fee.  There is no fee for any other form of payment.  Commercial accounts can also get our bank info and transfer directly as well.  Direct deposit slips supplied upon request.

Is your company insured and bonded?

Yes, PR Cleaners has a company liability insurance policy.  PR Cleaners is also fully bonded for our client’s safety.  Please request a copy from our admin.

Can I get a quote & receipt for my service?

Yes, upon request you can get emailed a receipt or copy of the paid invoice.  Our quotes are also completed online and sent to your email through our software.  An automated and online culture to help minimize our carbon footprint.

What is your GST number?

Our GST number will be at the bottom of every invoice.

Can you provide a Work Safe BC Clearance Letter showing your company is in good standing order?

Yes, please see the latest and attached link.   Also, you can request a Clearance Letter online for free which will show PR Cleaners is in good standing order.  Alternatively, you can contact our admin and request our WorkSafe BC account number for access to that information.

What is your first visit procedure and how will you estimate how long we need?

We give an estimate over the phone for all first time residential bookings.  Then, upon arrival you will have a quick walkthrough and re-estimate and if extra time is needed, we will advise as best we can.  Only actual time in 15 minute increments will be charged for all invoices with a three hour minimum per maid per visit.

For commercial businesses, your company will receive a free walkthrough before any service is required, and an agreed schedule based on the scope of work will be provided to you with your initial quote.  The scope of work, or checklist will be the guide.

How many cleaners come at one time?

You tell us, but we do have a one maid minimum if you only prefer one cleaner.  Ask each time as with Covid-19 protocols, we have limited any team cleaning unless required.

Will you do ironing?

No.

Will you do laundry or special needs for my home or business?

Yes, as long as our liability insurance covers it.  Each team member is unique and has tasks they are capable and willing to do. 

How do I give feedback when I have concerns with my cleaning?

Please email or call us immediately.  We can only fix a problem once we know about it and communication is paramount to our success.
